Just eaten madras chicken curry, rice and chips from Saya fish bar and it was totally delicious. Hot, tasty food, reasonable prices and spotlessly clean. The added bonus is it being on my doorstep. First visit of many! Would definitely recommend giving it a try 👍

Absolutely stunning. Halal so there is no pork. Their cod bites and curry sauce are a must and you can get a large chips, cod bites, big cod,fish cake and two cans of coke all for £20 something that's a bargain of you ask me :D

Visited here yesterday for an evening meal during an afternoon shift, and I can honestly say, probably the best chips I have tasted! I live in Bridgend and travel to Newport for work, and am unfamiliar with the area, so stumbled upon this place through browsing. We ordered online for collection, this was great as it sped up the process especially on a lunch break. The food was pure heaven. The chips had no grease at all and there was no chip stuck to another one, pure perfection. I had a sausage which was also very good, but the irish curry sauce blew socks off anything I have ever had before. Such a tasty curry sauce which accompanied my meal perfectly. I am so glad we came across this chip shop, I will certainly be visiting again.

A superb fish and chip shop, very generous portions, excellent quality, really good tasty chips plus everything is always spotlessly clean, and even a seat provided to sit in comfort whilst you wait for your food, fabulous!!
